Promotion Details
Day 1 Cash Pool:
A total of $10,000 is available for cash rebates on 10th January 2026 (inclusive of Tiered Bliss Rewards*)
Day 2 Cash Pool:
The remaining $40,000 cash pool for 11th January 2026 will be adjusted based on Day 1 payouts. If more than $10,000 is given out on Day 1, the Day 2 pool will be reduced by the excess amount. If less than $10,000 is given out, the remaining balance will be added to the Day 2 pool.

Eligibility
The cash rebate is open to all registered couples for the “HAUS OF VOWS” event.
To qualify, couples must purchase a package from any of the vendors at BOWS on 10th or 11th January 2026.
Qualified orders must be submitted during the event to be eligible for the cash rebate.

Entry Conditions
Eligible entries will be based on the total amount deposited during the event. The full value of the purchased package will not be considered unless paid in full at the event.
Example:
If a couple pays a $1000 deposit for a $5000 package, only the $1000 deposit will be considered for the cash rebate.
For multiple payments on a single order from the same vendor, the order amounts will be combined into one total for determining the cash rebate eligibility. For example, if a couple makes payments of $1000, $1500, and $2000 for the same order from the same vendor, these amounts will be combined to a total of $4500, and only one cash rebate submission will be applied based on this combined total.

Cash Rebate Draw
The total cash rebate amount will be deducted from the available pool according to the winning amounts drawn until the pool is exhausted.
The number of winners will be determined by the amount spent by the respective winners.

Grand Draw Date & Presence Requirement
The Cash Rebate Draw will be held on 11th January 2026 at 9:00 PM.
Physical presence at the draw is mandatory. If a winner is drawn but not present at the BOWS Grand Draw, their claim to the prize will be forfeited, and a re-draw will occur instantly.

Additional Chances & Collection
Double Chances:
Participants using Blissful Pay or who are subscribed as Blissful Brides VIP members will enjoy doubled chances of winning the cash rebate.
Extra $500 Cash Winnings:
Cash rebate winners who use Blissful Pay and/or subscribe to the Blissful VIP Membership will receive an additional $500 and/or $1,000.

Minimum Entry
Each package purchased from the vendor must be paid with a minimum deposit of $700
Winners agree to participate in any follow-up activities, including video interviews related to the cash rebate.

General Terms
Citrus Media and Blissful Brides are not responsible for entries with incorrect contact information.

Disqualification
Citrus Media reserves the right to amend or disqualify entries suspected of breaching the terms and conditions.

Personal Data
Participants agree that their personal data may be used by Citrus Media and its affiliates for marketing purposes.

Amendments
Citrus Media reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Blissful Brides VIP members and attendees who use Blissful Pay will receive an additional lucky draw entry.

PDPA (Personal Data Protection)
Participants must present a valid NRIC (physical or digital) for registration into the lucky draw.

Multiple Entry
Purchase receipts from the same vendor are considered as one entry. No repeat entries from the same vendor are allowed.

Organiser’s Rights
The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the lucky draw, including prize details, at any time without prior notice.
The organiser also reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the terms or who provides false information

Blissful Flash Draw

1. Event Overview

• The Blissful One-Stop Wedding Show (BOWS) Haus of Vows, presented by Blissful Brides, will be held on 10th and 11th January 2026.
• The Win Guaranteed Cashback for Early Purchases promotion is valid exclusively on 10th January 2026, from 12 PM to 3 PM.

2. Promotion Period

• This promotion is strictly valid on Saturday, 10th January 2026, from 12 PM – 3 PM.
• Purchases made before 12 PM or after 3 PM on the same day will not qualify.

3. Eligibility

• Customers must present their purchase receipt from any participating vendor at the event within the promotion window (12 PM – 3 PM on 10th Janaury 2026) at the cash rebates counter.
• Only purchases with a minimum spend of $700 per transaction, made in person at the event venue, will be accepted.
• Open to all attendees of the Blissful One-Stop Wedding Show (BOWS): Haus of Vows.

4. Prize Details

• Every eligible participant will receive a guaranteed cash back reward through an on-site lucky draw.
• Cashback amounts vary and will be determined at random.
• Cashback rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into other forms of compensation.

5. Redemption & Claim Process

• Participants must present valid proof of purchase to enter the draw.
• Draws will be conducted on-site at scheduled intervals between 12 PM – 3 PM on 10th January 2026.
• The winner must be the IC holder whose name appears on the purchase receipt and must be physically present to claim the cashback reward. Absence will result in forfeiture.

6. General Terms

• Citrus Media and Blissful Brides reserve the right to verify the authenticity and validity of all purchases prior to awarding cashback rewards.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Citrus Media and Blissful Brides shall be final and binding.
• Citrus Media and Blissful Brides reserve the right to amend, postpone, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
• Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Tiered Bliss Rewards

1. Eligibility

• Open to couples attending Haus of Vows – BOWS 2026, happening on 10–11 January 2026, organised by Citrus Media and Blissful Brides.
• To qualify, couples must purchase at least two wedding packages from different participating vendors during the event period (10–11 January 2026, 3 PM).
• Each eligible wedding package must have a minimum spend of $700.

2. Qualifying Purchases

• Only receipts issued during the event period (10–11 January 2026, 3 PM) will be accepted.
• Payments must be made on-site; deposit amounts or full payments will determine tier eligibility.
• Receipts may be combined only if purchases are made within the eligible timeframe.

3. Cash Back Rewards

• Instant cash back applies to every eligible wedding package with a minimum spend of $700, while additional bonus rewards are applicable when two or more packages are booked from different participating vendors.
• Cash back tiers are fixed, non-combinable, and cannot be stacked.

4. Tier Advancement

• Cash back will be processed based on the tier reached at the time of receipt submission.
• Couples may submit additional receipts to upgrade to a higher tier.
• When upgrading tiers, couples will receive only the difference between the previously awarded tier and the new eligible tier.

5. Receipt Submission Rules

• All purchase receipts must be clear, accurate, and submitted within the event period.
• Once submitted, receipts cannot be withdrawn, replaced, or resubmitted.
• Only one submission per vendor order will be accepted.

6. General Conditions

• Citrus Media and Blissful Brides reserve the right to verify all receipts, entries, and payment details.
• Submissions that are incomplete, unclear, inaccurate, or suspected of fraud may result in disqualification.
